0001: Connecting with Expansion

The first new meditation for Soul-Led.

In this important time of leaning into balance, we often are stuck in old ways of thinking, doing and being.  The Universe is calling for us to start connecting to all the parts of us and bringing ourselves into balance once more.  But first we need to let go of rigidity and allow ourselves to feel and see into opportunity and expansion.  Working with the energy of Mother Gaia and her healing and light language.
